You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, display, and process content solely to provide the service, including backups. We do not sell your content. We do not use your content to train foundation models beyond what is required to run a request you or your company started. The license ends when content or the account is deleted, subject to backup retention.

6. AI Features and Limitations

6.1 AI Services

WorkKits360 uses OpenAI models to:

  • Help draft kits, playbooks, training, and catalog items
  • Answer staff Search from retrieved company sources
  • Read a document or photo when a feature you use needs that

Search answers that use generation come from OpenAI. If generation is unavailable, Search may show matching snippets only.

AI-generated content may be inaccurate. You must review it before using it for training, safety, or operational decisions. AI is a tool, not a replacement for human judgment.

We may change models. You remain responsible for reviewing output.

6.4 AI Usage and Costs

AI may be rate-limited or included in your company's invoice. You are responsible for usage your company enables.

Content sent to OpenAI is processed under their API terms. They do not use that data to train their models through our integration. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Billing and Subscriptions

7.1 Plans and Invoices

Plans may include:

  • A base subscription
  • Seat or usage limits
  • AI usage that appears on the invoice

Current pricing is shown to company owners and admins in billing settings, or on a quote we send.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. A change does not alter an invoice already issued.

  • The company is responsible for paying invoices when due
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension

7.3 Refunds
